The area provides entry points to dashboards, reports, tickets, and attachments. It supports navigation to the relevant functional workspace without introducing separate transactional records in this overview.

## What you can do here

- Open **Dashboard** to access dashboard information.

- Open **Tickets** to access tickets.
- Use **Attach** to work with attachments.
