## Overview

Use the Accounts form to view the identifying information recorded for an account in Market. Sales representatives, sales managers, purchasing officers, project managers, and finance officers can use this form when they need to identify an account by its display name or full name.

## Before you start

You must have access to **Accounts** from the application navigation.

## Steps

1. Select **Accounts** in the application navigation.

2. Open the required account record to display the Market record form.

3. Review **Display name** to identify the account by its displayed name.

4. Review **Full name** to identify the account by its full name.

## Tips & cautions

> **Note:** Use **Display name** and **Full name** consistently when identifying the account record required for a sales, purchasing, project, warehouse, or finance activity.

## Result

You have opened an account record and reviewed its display name and full name.
