## Overview

Use the L/Gs workspace to review recorded letters of guarantee (L/Gs) for company and principal activities. Users with access to Sales use this workspace when they need to identify an L/G entry and review its beneficiary, issuer, bank, requested value, and issued value.

## Before you start

Ensure that you have access to **Sales** and **Company L/Gs**.

## Steps

1. In the application navigation, select **Sales**, and then select **Company L/Gs** to open the L/Gs workspace.

2. Select **all** to review the available L/G entries. Use the displayed **L/G no.** to identify an entry, then review the associated **Benificiary, L/G issuer, Bank, Requested value**, and **Issued value**.

3. Select **principals lgs** when you need to review L/G entries associated with principals.

## All

The **all** tab provides the combined L/G list. Review each entry by its **L/G no.** and use the available beneficiary, issuer, bank, requested value, and issued value columns to distinguish the recorded L/Gs.

## Principal L/Gs

The **principals lgs** tab holds L/G entries for principals. Select this tab when the required record relates to a principal rather than the combined L/G list.

## Tips & cautions

> **Tip:** Use the **L/G no.** as the primary reference when distinguishing L/G entries in the list.

> **Note:** Select **all** to return to the combined L/G list after reviewing **principals lgs**.

## Result

You have opened the L/Gs workspace and reviewed L/G entries in the combined or principal-specific view.
