## Overview

Inventory Overview provides a central view of warehouse stock and inbound goods activities. It supports Warehouse managers, Purchasing officers, Sales representatives, Project managers, and Finance officers who need visibility of available stock and goods awaiting warehouse processing.

The area brings together stock records by shipment and by product, together with goods receipt and inspection-related work. It helps users follow goods from receipt through inspection and storage, while maintaining an operational view of inventory.

## What you can do here

- Select **Goods Receipt** to access goods receipt activities for incoming items.
- Select **Stock (By Shipment)** to review stock organised by shipment.
- Select **Stock (By Product)** to review stock organised by product.
- Select **Awaiting Inspection** to view goods that require inspection.
- Select **Awaiting Storage** to view goods that are waiting to be stored in the warehouse.
- Use the **Search box** to find relevant inventory information.
