## Reference List

- The record does not save → Required information is missing → Complete the required information and select **Save** again.
- The record does not save after entering a value → An entry does not use the required format → Correct the entry to the required format, then select **Save**.
- A warning appears when leaving the form → The record has unsaved changes → Select **Save** to retain the changes, or respond to the warning before leaving the form.
- The Reference List form is unavailable → You are not signed in → Sign in to the application and return to **Data > Reference List**.
