## Inventory

| Symptom | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| You cannot enter the Inventory workspace. | The access screen requires credentials. | Complete **Enter User Name** and **Enter Password**, then select **Login**. |
| A required field is not visible in the Warehouse list. | The current layout does not include that column. | Select **Columns Chooser**, add the required column, then use **Update Current** or create a layout with **Add Layout** and **Save**. |
| The displayed stock view does not answer the question. | The current view is not aligned with the required perspective. | Select **Goods Receipt**, **Stock (By Shipment)**, or **Stock (By Product)** as appropriate. |
| An unwanted layout remains available. | The layout has not been removed. | Select **Delete Current** for the active layout, or use **Delete** where a selected layout item is presented for deletion. |
