# First Time Login

Use the platform address provided by your organisation:

`https://shoteco2.pams.net`

## Sign in for the first time

1. Open `https://shoteco2.pams.net` in a supported web browser.
2. Enter the user name or email address issued by your administrator.
3. Enter the password issued by your administrator.
4. Select the sign-in option displayed on the page.
5. If additional verification is requested, complete the verification using the method provided, such as a code sent to your registered mobile number or email address.
6. After successful sign-in, the pages, records, and actions available to you depend on your assigned permissions.

## Trusted Login Devices

Trusted Login Devices helps maintain the user information used for recognised sign-in devices.

### Available actions

- **Users** opens the user area for working with user records.
- **Enter User Name** records the user name for the user record.
- **Enter Email** records the user’s email address.
- **Enter Mobile** records the user’s mobile number.
- **Search box** helps locate an existing user record.
- **Save** saves the current changes.
- **Save and Close** saves the current changes and closes the current page.

## Add or update user details

1. Select **Users**.
2. Use the **Search box** to locate the required user record, if applicable.
3. Enter the required information in **Enter User Name, Enter Email**, and **Enter Mobile**.
4. Select **Save** to keep the page open after saving, or select **Save and Close** to save the changes and return from the page.
