## Overview

Use the DevExtreme Dashboard to access the dashboard workspace from the application navigation. Open this page when you need to work from the **Dashboard** area.

## Before you start

You must be signed in to use the DevExtreme Dashboard.

## Steps

1. Sign in to the application.

2. In the application navigation, select **Dashboard**, and then select **DevExtreme Dashboard**.

3. Keep the DevExtreme Dashboard open while working in the dashboard workspace. Use the available navigation controls, such as **Reports, My Desk, Sales, PM, Purchasing, Warehouse, Finance, Tasks, Activities, Data**, or **Tickets**, when you need to move to the corresponding application area.

## Tips & cautions

> **Warning:** If nothing changes after saving, the dashboard record was not saved. The server can reject a save without displaying an error or confirmation on this screen.

## Troubleshooting

- You cannot use the DevExtreme Dashboard → You are not signed in → Sign in to the application, then open **Dashboard > DevExtreme Dashboard**.
- A save appears to complete but the dashboard does not change → The server rejected the save without showing a message → Treat the record as not saved if nothing changes after saving.

## Result

The DevExtreme Dashboard workspace is open.
