## Overview

The Delivered Orders list in Project Management provides a working view of job-related orders, including the job number, client, job title, order price, forecast delivery date, and total values shown in the list. Use this view to review delivered-order information, find a specific job, adapt the displayed columns to your role, and export the current list for reporting or follow-up.

Sales representatives, account managers, project managers, purchasing officers, warehouse managers, and finance officers can use the list when reviewing job commitments and forecast delivery information. The available screen controls manage the list view itself; no delivered-order status field or delivery-confirmation action is provided on this screen.

## Settings

Before working with delivered orders regularly, choose or create a layout that displays the information relevant to your responsibilities. Layouts control how the list is presented and which columns are available for review.

| Setting or control | Use |
|---|---|
| **Standard Layout** | Select the standard list layout. |
| **Layout name** | Enter or review the name of a layout. |
| **Add Layout** | Create a new layout. |
| **Columns Chooser** | Choose the columns to display in the list. |
| **Save** | Save a layout or layout changes. |
| **Update Current** | Save changes to the currently selected layout. |
| **Delete Current** | Remove the current layout. |
| **Delete** | Delete a layout in the applicable layout action. |
| **Cancel** | Leave the current layout action without saving. |

> **Note:** Layout actions affect how the list is displayed. They do not change the delivered-order records shown in the list.

### Create or maintain a layout

1. Open the Delivered Orders list from **PM** in Applications > Project Management > List. Review the current list columns before changing the layout.

2. Decide whether the **Standard Layout** provides the information you need.
   - To return to the default presentation, select **Standard Layout**.
   - To create a separate view for your work, select **Add Layout**.

3. When creating a layout, enter a meaningful value in **Layout name**. Select **Columns Chooser** and select the columns required for your review, such as job number, client, job title, order price, forecast delivery date, or total values.

4. Decide whether to keep or discard the layout changes.
   - To keep a new layout, select **Save**.
   - To keep changes to the selected layout, select **Update Current**.
   - To abandon the current changes, select **Cancel**.

> **Tip:** Use a clear layout name that identifies its purpose, such as “PM Delivery Review” or “Finance Delivery Export,” so that users can select the correct presentation consistently.

## Workflow

The Delivered Orders screen is a list-management workspace. It does not provide a status field, delivery confirmation button, or record-stage controls. Use the following decisions to review, organize, and share the information currently available in the list.

1. Open the Delivered Orders list and decide whether you are reviewing all visible orders or a specific order. Use **Search** to enter a job number, client, job title, or other identifying text available in the list. Review the matching rows and their visible values.

2. Decide whether the current list columns are sufficient for the decision you need to make.
   - If the visible columns are sufficient, continue reviewing the list.
   - If you need a different presentation, select **Columns Chooser** and adjust the displayed columns. Save the result with **Update Current**, or create a separate layout using **Add Layout** and **Save**.

3. Review each relevant delivered-order row using the information available in the list:
   - **Job No.** identifies the job.
   - **Client** identifies the customer account.
   - **Job title** identifies the work or job description.
   - **Order price** shows the listed order price.
   - **Forecast delivery date** shows the planned delivery date displayed for the job.
   - **Total bu** shows the total value displayed in the list.

Compare the job, client, commercial value, and forecast delivery information before using the list for PM follow-up, purchasing review, warehouse planning, or finance analysis.

4. Decide whether you need to share the current list outside the screen.
   - If you only need to review the information online, retain the current list and layout.
   - If you need an extract of the displayed information, select **Export**. Ensure that the search criteria and selected columns reflect the information you intend to export before exporting.

> **Warning:** Apply the required search and layout before selecting **Export**. The exported output is based on the list presentation you have prepared, so an unfiltered list may include more orders than intended.

5. Decide whether the current layout should remain available.
   - To retain the layout for future work, leave it saved.
   - To remove the currently selected layout, select **Delete Current** and then use **Delete** where prompted.
   - To stop the deletion action without completing it, select **Cancel**.

## Examples

A project manager needs to review a delivered-order entry for job **20.0271** before discussing the expected delivery timing with the client team.

1. In the Delivered Orders list, enter **20.0271** in **Search**.

2. Review the matching row. Confirm that the row identifies client **Sidpec**, job title **M-Sleeve Bowex 48**, an order price of **620.00 €**, and a forecast delivery date of **23 Apr 2020**.

3. The project manager needs a focused review view rather than the general list. Select **Add Layout**, enter **PM Delivery Review** in **Layout name**, and use **Columns Chooser** to retain the job, client, job title, order price, forecast delivery date, and total-value information required for the review.

4. Select **Save** to keep the new layout. The project manager can now use the saved layout when reviewing other delivered orders with the same information requirements.

5. After confirming the displayed information, select **Export** to produce an extract of the prepared list for the internal delivery review. Before exporting, confirm that the search remains limited to the intended job and that the selected layout contains the required columns.

This example ends with a saved layout and an exported list. The Delivered Orders screen does not provide a control to mark the order as delivered, change a delivery state, or update a forecast delivery date.

## Tips

> **Tip:** Search by the most specific value available, such as **Job No.**, when you need to isolate one delivered order quickly.

> **Note:** Use separate layouts for different operational purposes. For example, a warehouse review may focus on job and forecast delivery date, while a finance review may require order price and total values.

> **Warning:** Select **Delete Current** only when you no longer need the current layout. Deleting a layout removes the saved list presentation, not the underlying delivered-order information.

## Troubleshooting

| Symptom | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| The required delivered order is not visible. | The list is not filtered using the relevant identifying value, or the current visible rows do not include the order. | Enter the job number, client, or job title in **Search** and review the matching list rows. |
| Important information is not displayed in the list. | The current layout does not include the required columns. | Select **Columns Chooser**, add the required columns, and use **Update Current** or **Save** to retain the change. |
| A layout change is no longer available. | The changes were cancelled or were not saved or updated. | Reapply the column changes and select **Save** for a new layout or **Update Current** for the selected layout. |
| The export includes information that is not needed. | The list was exported before applying the appropriate search criteria or layout. | Return to the list, use **Search**, confirm the required columns, and select **Export** again. |
