# Users Layouts

## Overview

Use the Users Layouts form to review the layout entries available for users. Each entry identifies a displayed field and includes its position, field type, caption, visibility setting, and width. Use this form when you need to review the current arrangement of fields in a user layout.

## Before you start

Ensure that you can access **Configuration** from the application navigation.

## Steps

1. Select **Configuration** from the application navigation.

2. Open the Users Layouts form and review the layout entries shown in the grid. Use the following columns to identify each entry:
   - **Index** identifies the entry position.
   - **Field** identifies the field included in the layout.
   - **Type** shows the field type.
   - **Caption** shows the displayed field caption.
   - **Visible** shows whether the field is displayed.
   - **Width** shows the field width.

3. When you have completed your review or any permitted updates, select **Save**.

> **Note:** Review the **Caption, Visible**, and **Width** values together to understand how a field is presented in the user layout.

> **Tip:** Use **Index** to distinguish the relative position of layout entries.

## Result

The Users Layouts form has been reviewed and **Save** has been selected.
