# Serial Combinations

## Overview

Use the Serial Combinations form to review serial component digit and default value information for a Serial Combination. This page is intended for users who need to access Serial Combination records as part of company and branch configuration activities.

## Before you start

Sign in to the application before opening the Serial Combinations page.

## Steps

1. Select **Data**.

2. Select **Company**, and then select **Branchs**.

3. Select **Serial Combination** to open the Serial Combinations view.

4. Select the required Serial Combination record to open its form.

5. Review the **Serial Component Digits** and **Default Value** information displayed on the form. Review **Count** to identify the displayed number of records.

> **Note:** Use the Serial Combinations form to review the serial component information available for the selected record.

## Tips & cautions

> **Tip:** Select **Serial Combination** from the Company and Branchs area when you need to return to the Serial Combinations view.

> **Warning:** You must be signed in before you can access the Serial Combinations page.

## Troubleshooting

- Serial Combinations cannot be opened → You are not signed in → Sign in to the application and then select **Data, Company, Branchs**, and **Serial Combination**.
- The required record is not displayed → The current view does not show the required Serial Combination → Review the available Serial Combination records and select the required record.
- The form does not show the expected serial component information → A different Serial Combination record may be selected → Return to the Serial Combinations view and open the required record.

## Result

You have opened a Serial Combination form and reviewed its serial component digit and default value information.
