# Reports Settings

## Overview

Use the Reports Settings form to open and review report-related settings for the selected record. Sales managers, project managers, and finance officers can use this area when they need to work with report categories such as Cash Flow, Account Payable, Net Profit, and Booking By Product Types.

## Before You Start

You must be signed in to access Reports Settings. Ensure that you can access **Configurations** and **Reports Settings** from the application navigation.

## Steps

1. Navigate to **Configurations > Reports Settings**.

2. Locate the required settings record. Use the **Search box** to narrow the list when necessary, then use **Select** to choose the record.

3. Select **edit** to open the selected Reports Settings record.

4. Select the applicable report category tab and review or work with the settings available for that category.

5. Use the report category sections below to move between the available report settings areas.

## Booking By Product Types

Select **Booking By Product Types** to access the report settings area for bookings organized by product type. Use this tab when the report settings you need relate to product-type booking information.

## Cash Flow

Select **Cash Flow** to access the Cash Flow report settings area.

Use this tab when working with settings associated with the Cash Flow report category.

## Account Payable

Select **Account Payable** to access the Account Payable report settings area. Use this tab when the required report settings relate to accounts payable.

## Net Profit

Select **Net Profit** to access the Net Profit report settings area.

Use this tab when working with settings associated with the Net Profit report category.

## Tips & Cautions

> **Tip:** Use the **Search box** before selecting **edit** when the Reports Settings list contains multiple records.

> **Note:** Select the report category tab that matches the report area you need to review, such as **Cash Flow, Account Payable**, or **Net Profit**.

## Troubleshooting

- You cannot access Reports Settings → You may not be signed in → Sign in, then open **Configurations > Reports Settings**.
- The required settings record is not immediately visible → The list contains multiple records → Use the **Search box** to narrow the displayed records.
- The edit action does not open the intended record → A different record may be selected → Use **Select** on the required record, then select **edit**.
- You are viewing the wrong report category → A different tab is active → Select the required tab, such as **Cash Flow, Account Payable, Net Profit**, or **Booking By Product Types**.

## Result

The selected Reports Settings record is open in the applicable report category tab.
