## Overview

Use the Plans workspace in Configuration to review plan records and their displayed pricing and activity information. Sales representatives, sales managers, purchasing officers, warehouse managers, project managers, and finance officers can use the list to identify plans by their **Plan, Price, Created at, Modified at**, and **Active** values.

## Before you start

Ensure that you have access to the Plans area in Configuration.

## Steps

1. Open the Plans list in Configuration.

2. Review the plan records displayed in the list. Use the **Plan** column to identify the plan and review its associated **Price, Created at, Modified at**, and **Active** information.

3. If required, enter known search text in the **Search box** to work with the available plan list.

4. Select **Select** when you need to use the list selection control.

5. Open the required plan record form and review the plan record.

## Tips & cautions

> **Note:** The Plans list displays a count of the records currently shown.

> **Tip:** Use the **Plan** and **Price** columns together when distinguishing plan records with similar names.

## Result

You have reviewed the available Plans list and opened the relevant plan record form.
