# Configuration — Overview

Configuration — Overview provides access to configuration records used to support the platform’s operational setup. It is relevant to users who manage company-level settings and need to move between the main business applications.

Configuration records can be saved and confirmed, with options to associate attachments and access tickets. The area also provides navigation to companies and to the Dashboard, Reports, My Desk, Sales, PM, Purchasing, and Warehouse applications.

## What you can do here

- Select **Companies** to access company-related configuration.
- Use **Save** to save the current configuration record.
- Select **Tickets** to access tickets associated with the configuration area.
- Use **Attach** to add an attachment to a configuration record.
- Select **Ok** to confirm the current action.
- Open **Dashboard**, **Reports**, or **My Desk** to move to those application areas.
- Open **Sales**, **PM**, **Purchasing**, or **Warehouse** to move to the corresponding operational application.
