## Overview

Use the Reactivation Reasons screen to review reactivation-reason records maintained for the company. The record list includes category information for the available entries.

## Before you start

Sign in to the application before opening the Reactivation Reasons screen.

## Steps

1. Open the Reactivation Reasons screen in Company configuration.

2. Review the reactivation-reason entries displayed in the record list, including the category information shown for each entry.

## Tips & cautions

> **Note:** Each Reactivation Reasons record has two mandatory fields. Complete both required fields when maintaining a record.

## Troubleshooting

- You cannot access the Reactivation Reasons screen → You may not be signed in → Sign in to the application, then open the screen again.

## Result

You have reviewed the reactivation-reason entries available for the company.
