## Overview

The Blogs area is used to manage blog content within the platform. It provides a workspace for maintaining blog records and related information.

Sales, project, and business operations users can use this area when blog content supports customer communication or business activities. Blog records can be selected, saved as Drafts, and retained for further work.

## What you can do here

- Use **Tickets** to access ticket-related information.
- Use **Select** to choose a blog record or available item.
- Use **Save** to save the current blog record.
- Use **Save and Close** to save the current blog record and close it.
