## Overview

Use the Activities record form to work with an activity record in the business operations platform. Sales, purchasing, warehouse, project, and finance personnel can use this form when managing activity-related work in their operational area.

## Steps

1. Select **Activities** from the navigation controls to access the activity area.

2. Work with the activity record as required.

3. Select **Save** when you are ready to save your work.

4. Alternatively, select **Save and Close** when completing your work with the record.

## Tips & cautions

> **Note:** The Activities record form provides both **Save** and **Save and Close** actions. Select the action appropriate for your current work.

## Result

The Activities record form provides **Save** and **Save and Close** actions for completing work on an activity record.
