Agent-native docs layer — llms.txt + llms-full.txt generators (llmstxt.org).

`llms.txt` is a curated, link-based INDEX an LLM reads to navigate the docs: an H1 project
name, a blockquote summary, then `##` sections each holding a bullet list of
`[title](path.md): description`. A section literally named `## Optional` is lower-priority
(an agent may skip it under a tight context budget) and is emitted last.

`llms-full.txt` is the entire documentation concatenated into one markdown file for a single
ingest, each page prefixed with a `<!-- source: … -->` comment for traceability.

Both are pure functions over a generic doc shape so the CLI and the web materializer can feed
their own doc sets in.
