Parameter value lookups. Tighter than the try-it proxy on purpose: a proxied request is
something a reader deliberately pressed Send on, whereas a lookup fires automatically when
a dropdown opens. Server-side caching absorbs the common case, so this quota only bites on
genuinely distinct lookups.
