Inverse path (C5): neutral LIGHT surface tokens for when a reader forces
light mode on a DARK pack (midnight/carbon). Mirrors FORCED_DARK_TOKENS —
brand primary/accent stay as configured, only the surfaces flip. Uses the
default pack's surfaces so forced-light looks identical to an unthemed site.
