# View Your Project Access

Use the Projects area to see which projects are available to your account. Reviewing your available projects helps you confirm that you can access the correct workspace before opening documentation, reviews, versions, or project analytics.

## Overview

Atloria organizes your work around a **Workspace** and its available **Projects**. The Workspace provides the starting point for navigating your account’s project access, while the Projects list shows the projects you can open.

You may need to review your access when you join a new organization, receive an invitation to a project, cannot find expected work, or need to confirm which project to use. Only projects available to your account appear in the Projects area.

After you open a project, the project navigation can provide access to areas such as **Overview**, changes, versions, analytics, technical documentation, and user manuals. The options you see can vary by project and by your assigned access.

## Prerequisites

Before you start, make sure that:

- You are signed in to Atloria.
- You have access to at least one Workspace.

## Tips and Best Practices

- Start from **Workspace** when you need to check your overall project access. This helps you return to the full list instead of remaining inside one project.
- Use **← Back to Projects** after reviewing a project. This is the quickest way to compare the projects available to you.
- Open **Overview** after selecting a project to verify that you are in the correct project before working in other areas.
- Treat the Projects list as your current access list. If a project does not appear there, do not assume you can open it through a direct link.
- If you work across several teams, verify the project name carefully before viewing project-specific information such as changes, versions, analytics, or documentation.
- Access can differ between projects. Seeing one project in the list does not necessarily mean that you have access to every project in the same workspace or organization.
- If you are asked to review project documentation, open the correct project first, then use **User Docs** or **📋 User Manuals** where those options are available.

## Troubleshooting

### A project I expect is not listed

Return to **Workspace**, select **Projects**, and check the list again. If the project is still missing, ask your workspace or project administrator to confirm that your account has been added to the project.

### I can see a project but cannot find the information I need

Open the project and select **Overview** first. Then use the project navigation to locate the relevant area, such as changes, versions, analytics, or documentation. The available options may depend on your access to that project.

### I opened the wrong project

Select **← Back to Projects**. Then select the correct project from the Projects list and use **Overview** to confirm that you are in the intended project.
