# Complete Single Sign On

Complete the single sign-on (SSO) process to securely sign in through your organization’s identity provider and open your Atloria workspace. This process confirms your access and finishes any remaining workspace setup.

## Overview

Single sign-on lets you access Atloria using the account managed by your organization, rather than creating or entering a separate Atloria password. Your organization may use SSO to apply its own sign-in, multi-factor authentication, and access policies before allowing you into Atloria.

You typically complete this process after selecting an Atloria sign-in option provided by your organization or after following an invitation link. During the flow, your organization may ask you to confirm that Atloria can use your approved identity to sign you in. When this confirmation is required, you will see the **Authorize Atloria** option.

The final stage is shown as **4. Complete** in the setup flow. At this stage, you may need to select **Finish setup** before entering your workspace. Once complete, the workspace is available from the **Workspace** option.

## Prerequisites

Before you start, make sure you have the following:

- An Atloria workspace that is configured for your organization’s sign-in process.
- An active account with your organization’s identity provider.
- Permission to access the Atloria workspace.
- Access to the email address or device used for your organization’s sign-in and verification requirements.
- A supported browser with pop-ups and redirects allowed for the sign-in process, if your organization requires them.
- Your invitation link, if you were invited to a workspace.

## Step-by-Step Instructions

1. **Start the Atloria sign-in process.**
Open the Atloria sign-in link supplied by your organization, workspace administrator, or invitation email.

2. **Sign in with your organization account.**
Complete the sign-in prompts displayed by your organization’s identity provider, including any required verification step.

3. **Select `Authorize Atloria` when it appears.**
Review the authorization request and select **Authorize Atloria** to allow the sign-in process to continue.

4. **Wait for Atloria to return you to the completion screen.**
After authorization succeeds, your browser returns to Atloria and displays the final part of the setup flow.

5. **Select `4. Complete`.**
Choose **4. Complete** if the setup flow displays its stages and you need to open the final stage.

6. **Select `Finish setup`.**
Click **Finish setup** to confirm the remaining SSO setup step and complete access to Atloria.

7. **Select `Workspace`.**
Open **Workspace** after setup is complete to enter your Atloria workspace.

## Tips and Best Practices

- Use the account assigned by your organization. If you have more than one work account, verify that you selected the account associated with the correct Atloria workspace before authorizing access.

- Complete the flow in the same browser window. Opening the authorization page in a different browser, private window, or device can interrupt the return to the Atloria completion screen.

- Do not use **Skip to Complete** unless your administrator has instructed you to do so. This option may move you to the final setup stage, but it does not replace any sign-in or authorization requirement imposed by your organization.

- If you are returning to Atloria after an interrupted sign-in, begin again from the organization-provided link rather than repeatedly refreshing the completion screen. This helps ensure that the current sign-in session is used.

- Look for the completion state before expecting workspace access. The sign-in process is not fully finished until you have completed the **4. Complete** stage and selected **Finish setup**, when that option is presented.

- Keep your organization’s verification method available. Your identity provider may require multi-factor authentication, such as an authenticator prompt, security key, or verification code, before it returns you to Atloria.

## Troubleshooting

### You do not see **Authorize Atloria**

Your organization may not require an authorization confirmation, or you may have already approved Atloria previously. Continue with the sign-in prompts shown by your organization. If the flow stops without returning to Atloria, start again from the sign-in link provided by your administrator.

### You complete sign-in but do not reach **4. Complete**

Close the extra sign-in tabs and return to the original browser tab where you started. If you still do not reach the completion stage, restart the sign-in process in the same browser and ensure that redirects are not blocked.

### You select **Finish setup** but cannot access **Workspace**

Your account may not yet have workspace access, or you may have signed in with a different organization account. Sign out, repeat the process using the correct account, and contact your workspace administrator if **Workspace** remains unavailable.
