## About the FAQ

An FAQ is a page of answers to the questions people ask before they start the Praxis
Learning programme. Use it to choose a topic, open its question, and read the answer.

The page contains questions about who builds Praxis, the AI tutor, the diagnostic, the mock
exam, readiness, existing qualifications, content accuracy, study planning, privacy, and
future bar-exam support.

## Find a question

Use this procedure when you know the subject of your question and need to locate its FAQ entry.

**Prerequisites**

- You can open the public `/faqs` route.

**Steps**

1. Open `/faqs`.
2. Locate the question list.
3. Choose from the available topics:

## Understand the FAQ page

After you identify a topic, the FAQ page presents its question with the answer in one expandable
question entry.

| What you see | What it is for |

| A question heading | Select it to open the answer associated with that question. |
| An answer below the question | Read the response to the selected question. |
| A list of ten questions | Choose the topic that matches your need. |

The page is a reference list. It does not ask you to enter information, work with a grid, or
respond to a validation or confirmation message.

## Read an answer

Use this procedure to select a question, read its answer, and choose a follow-up link.

**Prerequisites**

- You have opened `/faqs`.
- You have identified the question you want to read.

**Steps**

1. Select the question that matches your need, such as **Who builds Praxis?**.
2. Read the answer that opens below the question.
3. Choose the follow-up that matches what you want to do next:
